Neil Hannon's orchestral fop-rockers follow their successful British tour - including a sold-out date at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire - and prepare for their arena tour supporting Robbie Williams with this solitary London date. Always very good value live, The Divine Comedy manage to pull off high camp and high drama without descending into self-parody, have a whole stack of big tunes to play and a highly accomplished frontman in Irishman Neil Hannon, whose wry wit could charm the harshest audience. No problems, then, for the highly partisan crowd at tonight's gig. Tickets are £12.50.
