It is likely that during its existence, Setanta US distributed A Short Album in the U.S.A. As for Casanova, we do not know if a different edition of the CD exists or if Setanta US imported the UK release. However it is sure that the LP was redistributed in the U.S.A. The record and the sleeve are the same as the UK release, but the back cover features a Setanta U.S. sticker with their Hoboken address.
