This CD-R by BBC Radio International is part of the ‘Future Hits’ weekly series. It aim must have been to guide the DJs, probably in various BBC departments, to broadcast the new and promoted releases on the wireless.
Those CDs usually come within generic blue BBC card sleeves. The part where we are supposed to see the CD through has been stickered with a tracklisting sheet. No idea what is the cue-sheet with full details it refers to though.
However, it seems a variant exists which comes within a different camel BBC sleeve.

These compilations are divided in various sections. First the ‘Single Of The Week’, a chosen track. Then a selection of various new releases. Then the ‘Album Of The Week’ of which a few songs are selection from. And then a selection of songs based on the UK charts: the number one, and a selection of chart breakers.
Here, the featured DC track is ‘Gin Soaked Boy’ (released November 1st 1999) in the ‘New Releases’ section.
