This compilation CD is one of many releases by the Telstar label to promote a particular brand, here the Beamish Irish beer, along with two other CDs Play It Loud and Black Where You Belong, the latter being exactly the same as this one.The compilation features various Irish tracks: from traditional folk (Shane MacGowan, Tamalin) to pop music (with The Divine Comedy’s ‘Everybody Knows’, but also label mates The Frank And Walters, The Harvest Ministers, as well was Picture House), without forgetting the legendary Van Morrison, or other songwriters such as Andy White.
