Last of the Now That’s What I Call Music! series to feature a Divine Comedy single, the 1999 edition features actually two Neil Hannon related tracks. First, ‘National Express’ from the last album Fin De Siècle, but also Robbie William’s ‘No Regrets’ which features Neil Hannon on backing vocals.
