This double compilation was released by EMI France in late 2003, early 2004. It focuses on forthcoming releases by different branch of the label (as buildings in the city), including Labels. The second disc features a track from the freshly recorded Absent Friends album, ‘Come Home Billy Bird’.



Inside the booklet there is little information about the release date, labels (Parlophone under a licence to Labels), but miss the publisher (all rights reserved while it should be BMG Music Publishing Ltd.). There is also an early picture of the single artwork, as this photo of Neil with his dog Leia was the first to be published by the press back at the time.
