In the late nineties, the BBC commissioned Joby Talbot to do the new
theme music of
Tomorrow’s World. So, Joby produced a music which is actually based on The Divine Comedy’s ‘
In Pursuit of Happiness’. This - and the
Father Ted theme, helped to make The Divine Comedy really famous.
Sadly the music has not been released yet and none of the recent programs are available within the BBC archives yet.
