Natalia Bonner is a violinist. In the early 90’s she has played in ensemble such as Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Cordoba Symphony Orchestra, or San Luis Chamber Orchestra.
She has then played for many pop artists such as Tindersticks, Travis, Placebo, Ed Harcourt, Bryan Adams, Paul Weller, Bryan Ferry, Morcheeba, Jean-Louis Murat…
She is part of backing ensembles such as
Lucy Wilkins’ Wired Strings, and of course the
Millennia Strings.
With the
Millennia she has played on the albums
Absent Friends,
The Duckworth Lewis Method and
Sticky Wickets. She has also played on Neil Hannon’s OperaShot
Sevastopol and the studio recording of
In May; and also for
Joby Talbot (
The Dying Swan). More recently she played on The Divine Comedy albums
Foreverland and
Office Politics.
