Harry Holler And The Hooligans

Harry Holler And The Hooligans was a super-group of Irish musicians formed for the Dog In Distress benefit album Oscar The Hypno-Dog. The band recorded and performed live a few occasions the song ‘One Ear Up, One Ear Down’.

Harry Holler was no other than Neil Hannon; and the Hooligans included Cathy Davey, Lisa O’Neill, Conor O’Brien (Villagers), Keith Farrell, Rhob Cunningham, Pete Routolo and others, mainly students at BIMM Music College in Dublin where Cathy was a teacher.
