
Kevin Traynor played drums with The Divine Comedy from 1989 to 1992. He was introduced to the band by Neil Hannon’s brother Brendan. He played on the
Fanfare... album and live with the band, although he was under 18 and did not sign the record deal.
He left the band along with
John McCullagh when they both gained entry to university [1].
After that, he founded Sonic Academy in 2004, a school in Belfast and online for musicians and DJs, he now works in investment management.
